We have strong working relationships with
several industrial abattoirs in Ireland and
in the UK, and can thus offer regular quantities
of English hides and Irish Hides from these countries. Our team of inspectors
is on hand to ensure that each shipment is
carefully prepared. All hides and skins are
100% machine pulled.

NB: All english cows must be wet blued
before export to comply with EC rules following
the mad cow crisis. We can oversee the
blueing at partner tanneries in the UK.
Irish cows can be exported in the raw.

For shipments
to warmer countries we are able to drumsalt
our skins adding boric acid to the salt,
thus ensuring better condition on arrival.
We grade all skins according to wool
length: less than 1 inch, and above 1 inch.
The length will be specified in each contract.
